The House
Three floors of character, in the heart of town
A townhouse you move through room by room as in a family home, between panelling, fireplaces and garden light.
Spread over the ground floor and two upper floors, La Balsamine offers 320 m² of generous rooms: a large salon, a dining room for twelve, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Throughout, antique furniture converses with thoroughly contemporary comfort.

The salon
A salon in chiaroscuro
A large, cosy drawing room with black panelling welcomes you into its velvet armchairs and sofas, in a mood made for long evenings of relaxation, conversation and board games, with a television and music corner.
The dining room
Twelve settings on the garden side
Saffron walls, terracotta tiles and a large communal table: the dining room takes in the meals of the whole household. A warm volume, ideal for long tables and family celebrations. Its two tall French windows open onto the terrace and the garden.

The kitchen
A characterful, fully equipped kitchen
Everything is there to cook with: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridges and freezer, wooden worktops. A generous kitchen in shades of green, bathed in sunlight.
The garden & the terrace
A walled garden in the town centre
At the back, a landscaped garden and its terrace offer a rare breathing space in the heart of Lunéville: garden furniture, a plancha grill and mature trees for meals outdoors and restful ends of the day.

From room to room
Murals, staircases and upstairs sitting nooks
The entrance hall opens onto a panoramic mural and the grand wooden staircase. On every landing, a sitting nook, a wall of engravings or an antique canvas continues the walk.
